Our parent company, Foster Wheeler AG (Nasdaq: FWLT), is a global engineering, construction, project management and power equipment contractor with a century of experience in delivering technically-advanced reliable facilities and equipment. From the earliest stages of concept definition to design, procurement, construction and commissioning, our focus for more than 115 years has been meeting our clients' business objectives - facilities which start up smoothly and reliably to deliver our clients' revenue stream.
Foster Wheeler India primarily started off as an execution centre in 1998 in Chennai to focus on power projects under the sponsorship of Foster Wheeler’s Global Power Group. Foster Wheeler India is now a key part of Foster Wheeler’s Global Engineering & Construction Group (Global E&C Group), and offers a full range of services, including studies, front-end design (FEED), engineering, procurement, construction management (EPCm) and project management services.
One of the key qualities that has always characterized Foster Wheeler India is vision, backed up by expertise and long-term commitment.
Today, Foster Wheeler India has more than 800 employees in Chennai and Delhi and continues to invest in attracting, training and retaining talented professionals.
